We are looking for a qualified Regional e-Commerce Manager to join our global consumer omnichannel team servicing EU markets. The Regional e-Commerce Manager will lead the e-commerce performance in EU markets, enabling the markets to deliver consistent and high-quality delivery of campaigns, new features , and CX enhancements on the IQOS websites in order to maximize e-comm channel performance. Based on market insights & data, The e-Commerce Manager, will be accountable to co-create & deploy with markets local market e-commerce plans, in line with global ecommerce channel & CX strategy , with the objective of maximizing online customer experience & sales. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Experience working successfully in a global, multicultural organization, with cross-functional projects • Strong experience (minimum 7 years) in Digital Marketing and use of web management tools (CMS, GA, etc) • Strong leadership & people management skills • Collaborative in nature: a team player who is experienced in developing very strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and can successfully work independently • Design thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to think outside the box. Good knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics • Proven ability to work effectively across functions  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects at the same time • Advanced Communication, relationship building skills and customer-centric thinking • Creative thinking and digital marketing understanding • Knowledge of relationship between content, analytics and consumer engagement • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Digital, Marketing, Management, Communications or Business Management • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams across multiple languages • Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages: French & Arabic is a plus) • Experience in the use of management tools like Confluence, Teamwork, MS Suite WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch Sodexo card to be used in the canteen or outside • Office or hybrid working model with flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria with various benefits • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Conducting comprehensive shopping funnel analysis by collecting and evaluating qualitative and quantitative eCommerce insights from markets to identify key issues and propose relevant CX/UX initiatives • Leveraging on market Capability Assessments results to identify gaps and incorporate relevant findings into the local market roadmaps • Integrating global eCommerce & CX roadmap initiatives, toolboxes, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices into local market roadmaps where relevant • Prioritizing UX/CX initiatives in collaboration with market and regional teams, ensuring a clear division of responsibilities (OC-led versus market-led) • Leading the deployment of OC-led roadmap initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution. • Conducting comprehensive “always-on” performance monitoring for each initiative deployed on localized eCommerce roadmaps to ensure objectives are met and to identify areas for improvement • Organizing and leading quarterly eCommerce business reviews and performance monitoring sessions to track progress and drive continuous improvement • Fostering a team environment to continuously share market best practices, channel insights across markets/regions and provide feedback loop to central teams • Being the Regional SME and escalation point for Web/eCommerce Channel Management and Performance Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
