The Market Planning Specialist is key interlink between Smoke free Products (SFP), Slovak Market Leadership Team and Commercial Operations owning the commercial calendar consolidation, feasibility assessment and prioritization. YOUR ROLE WILL BE: COMMERCIAL CALENDAR CONSOLIDATION - Build comprehensive multi-category commercial initiatives plan for individual commercial cycles, ensuring all necessary cross-functional alignment, overall feasibility for deployment and delivering on the set SFP strategy - Continuously update commercial calendar based on progress in projects/initiatives, guard the overall commercial cycle consistency & readiness for deployment - Collect feedback on Business-as-usual activities and ensure back-loop to SFP team - Closely Collaborate with Commercial Operations SK team to ensure feasibility for deployment in individual commercial channels and ensure alignment on prioritization of individual projects/initiatives - Ensure alignment and cascading of prioritization of various elements of commercial calendar WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field’, - 3+ years commercial experience in sales or marketing, in the consumer goods industry, preferably in multinational environments' - Experience in project management "Interpersonal skills and experience of leading project teams is required (leading project team of 5+ members) - Language skills: English fluent in spoken and written. - Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, white space and unknown circumstances. - Strong analytical skills and ability to drive insights into action consumer centricity and performance marketing mindset - Strong business and financial acumen - Experience working in lean, agile, test & learn environments’ - Strong collaborator to connect different departments - Strong presentation skills, comfortable speaking with all levels of external stakeholders and the organization. - Digital savviness" WHAT WE OFFER: - 13th & 14th salary - Extra days off - Flexible working time - Supplementary pension plan (III. pillar) - Life & accident insurance - MultiSport Card - Employee Assistance Program - Opportunities for career development & growth - Work for a multinational company - certified Equal Salary & TopEmployer Legal minimum gross salary for this position set at 2.090€ / month (the actual salary depends on the seniority level).
