Your ‘day to day’: •Manage Vendor and Employee Master Data Base in compliance with PMI processes, procedures and policies. •Ensure completeness and correctness of information and supporting documentation provided by Business Stakeholders. •Ensure Data Life Cycle Management activities such as: Data Quality audits, Data cleansing and Data enrichment. •Perform analytic tasks/ reports ad hoc. •Work closely with Business Stakeholders (Affiliates, other GBS teams, other Regions) to proactively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of all cases related to VMD Process. •Propose and implement process initiatives and improvements and actively participate in cross functional projects. •Performs knowledge transfers, handbook documentation and confirmation with the affiliate on the process related to migration of services and new affiliates •Support internal and external Audits (SOX, FCP) JOIN US!
