Solution Leader IT Finance (SAP FICO)

We are looking for a Solution Leader IT Finance (SAP FICO) who will be based in Jakarta. Your ‘day to day’ •Analyze existing business processes and propose solutions that will ensure the correct replication of all business transactions into SAP ERP •Apply extensive functional and technical SAP FICO skills to enable smooth implementation of Business requirements into SAP ERP •Analyze issues reported from Business that disrupt business continuity and provide alternate solution / permanent solution •Analyze and challenge business requirements where needed to find an optimal solution that will fulfil the business needs, enable global business processes, while ensuring future-proof system architecture •Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications •Align the technical solution design with solutions architects prior to the implementation of new system functionalities •Ensure that solutions are implemented in accordance to the design decisions and within the agreed timelines Who we’re looking for •Bachelor’s degree, preference from Information Technology or related major •Minimum having 5 years of functional and technical experience in the SAP Finance and Controlling domains, with minimum 3 SAP full implementation cycles •Fluent in English with strong presentation and stakeholder management to support various regional clients with geographically dispersed team •Able to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities •Eager to learn and develop within an international context •Able to translate business requirements into system solutions using business process modeling, having out of the box mindset for problem solving and resolution •Able to explain complex topics in a simple way •Able to independently manage several tasks simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines •Solid understanding of common IT frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, PMP.
