PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The B2C Service Specialist is accountable for the daily inventory allocation, maintaining our direct channels healthy days of inventory and assuring availability of smoke free products for all commercial projects or initiatives. He or she will be the main contact with Commercial teams (Store Managers, Coach supervisor, E-commerce, Key Accounts) and will facilitate the request to distribution and supply chain teams in order to ensure the product allocation based on commercial Strategies. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Creation and placement of Stock Transit Orders to restock our Direct Channels (E-commerce & Retail Stores) and update average daily sales availability, ensuring end to end inventory allocation. • Analyze inventory to ensure correct availability and identify opportunities in the allocation according to the strategic commercial changes. Including disposal requests of inventory for Trade and marketing initiatives. • Follow up on launch and new commercial strategies, including special projects of the category providing visibility of inventory status aligned with Supply Chain team. • Be the main point of contact for Key Accounts and Distribution teams to ensure correct devolution process from customers to PM warehouses. • Generate monthly basis reports for replacements of smoke free product devices shared with global product team aligned with finance and local teams. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration, business, logistics or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Management • Strong analytical skills, agility, and close attention to detail • Knowledge of Database management, eCommerce, Support, Power Street, SAP are ideal • Proficient level of English WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
