Position: On Trade Key Account Executive Location: Mexico City PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Identify, recruit & negotiate On Premise Consumption Centers relevant for adult smokers and nicotine consumers; ideally, outlets with adequate facilities such as terraces, air extractors, etc. Recruited Consumption Centers must be willing to collaborate allowing activities to inform, engage and switch Legal Age Smokers to Smoke Free Products tapping into different communities for whom Smoke Free Products would be relevant. Successfully guiding a team of IQOS Coaches is crucial, specializing them to connect with the right consumer, ensuring they activate right brand(s), at the right touch points, at the right time. Summarizing, the main purpose is engaging consumers on a very effective and responsible way, achieving agreed commercial targets and conversion rate objectives. Consumers’ engagement will be carried out physically and/or remotely. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Enable adequate Consumption Centers for Smoke Free Products conversion strategies, influencing current Legal Age Smokers consumers to Smoke Free Products in different occasions & environments Recruit, train and lead a team of IQOS Coaches, specifically: - Detect and propose potential IQOS Coaches among general public. - Provide effective guidance and support to the team members. - Ensure company’s strategy and guidelines are correctly understood and executed by all members of the team. - Ensure all members of the team have a clear understanding of Company’s Principles and Policies and act accordingly. - Motivate team members, provide regular and constructive quantitative/qualitative feedback and encourage them to increase the quality of their conversions, in the aim of providing the consumers with the best experience with IQOS. Identify opportunities to improve the experience in trails and demonstrate the Smoke Free Products. Support consumer journey (activities may include demonstration, soft lending, follow-up, tester kit pick-up, support during purchasing) and minimize adoption barriers leveraging on other Smoke Free Products commercialization channels, services and programs. In case the activity is carried out remotely, the above-mentioned tasks will be performed by phone and/or any other tools and equipment provided for the activity. Strategic planning that provide optimal conditions for coaches activations (outlet, day, hour, staff engagement, etc.). Visit at least 80% of activations and brilliant execution of staff incentives. Identify and engage relevant Legal Age Smokers Key Consumption Centers staff & owners in order to inform and convert them to SFPs and leverage on their legal age users' network to speed up the conversion of consumer base on the territory from combustible to Smoke Free Products. Provide feedback and insights to support the design and definition of the SFP IQOS Coach Leader call mission, to propose new solution in order to satisfy the consumer needs and to find solution for solving simple problems. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED: At least 3-5 years of experience in On Trade, Sales, Trade Marketing or B2C business. Experience in commercialization and distribution channels (desirable). Experience in brand development through merchandising & events (desirable).
