WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Candidate with 2 years’ experience in in-house or outsourced payroll processing (preferred) or Finance/HR (desirable) delivery process and systems • Communicative problem solver with a university degree and excellent command of English • Action oriented individual with a good eye for details and ability to meet challenges head on • Advanced MS Excel user • Knowledge and experience in using SAP or experience in executing SOX controls would be an asset WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch Sodexo card to be used in the canteen or outside • Hybrid working arrangement • Employee pension plan • Cafeteria benefit program, multisport card • Wide range of trainings, language learning platform, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Be responsible for end-to-end payroll process and related activities • Ensure that payroll is accurately and timely calculated by payroll providers • Consolidate and validate data sent to payroll providers • Perform and document checks in compliance with SOX • Ensure payroll approval and payments • Simplify, standardize and automatize payroll process for countries in scope • Execute post payroll activities, such as reporting, preparation of accruals, invoicing, submission of declarations to Tax and Social Security authorities • Advise our employees and managers on payroll related matters Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
