WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A self-driven professional with university degree, preferably in Logistics, International Trade or Supply Chain • A fluent English speaker with at least 4 years of experience, preferably within Order to Cash and team management experience • A candidate with understanding of the operational Supply Chain processes • An individual familiar with the basic knowledge of accounting principles • A self-starter who is comfortable with fast-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced, and work needs to be prioritized • With experience in using Microsoft Office tools and SAP • With excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure • Experience with migration of processes will be an asset WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch Sodexo card to be used in the canteen or outside • Office or hybrid working model with flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria with various benefits • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Supervise the daily O2C Order & Invoice management and fulfilment services such as transactional processing, reviews & approval and reporting to management: o Monitor order completeness and status o Review and release block for changes in critical fields (pricing, payment terms, pricing date, incoterms) o Review stock level report based on demand and shipment forecasting • Review the resolution and work around provided by the team to resolve and trouble shoot the issue immediately (issue management) - identify the root cause and formulate appropriate countermeasures • Ensure team’s compliance with the governing company controls, policies and procedures • Collaborate with the affiliates to discuss operational KPI and other topics / issues on the O2C end to end services (Client Relationship Management): o Collate all issues raised by the market, discussed it with the responsible team in Service Delivery team for resolution o Drive customer orientation to the team • Supervise knowledge transfers, review handbook documentation and confirmation with the affiliate on the process related to migration of services and new affiliates • Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures. Acts as member on projects and performs UAT • Manage and organize team’s objectives and KPI • Provide guidance and supervision to the team by setting and implementing team goals or objectives, supervising, training or guiding team members, engaging and motivating team members, providing effective feedback and manage hybrid teams (as applicable) • Lead recruitment of candidate and training requirements Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
