Your ‘day to day’ Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning • Facilitate strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization is prepared for the future. Identify and deploy Buy, Build, Borrow, Bot initiatives • Provide ITM consulting support to Business partner to design and evolve a holistic approach to developing the skills, knowledge, experience and behaviors required to deliver the Function strategy. Also leverages COE expertise when needed. • Collaborate with GTAD team to develop a sustainable talent attraction plans to build diverse pipelines for future needs and provide quarterly recruitment forecast to GTAD (Global Talent Acquisition Delivery) Talent, Performance Management and Development • Together with P&C Managers support business leaders in identifying diverse talents, planning and executing their individual development, building succession plans for critical roles in cluster/country • Drive performance culture enabling managers and employees to set expectations and goals, give and receive feedback and discuss professional development needs and career aspirations • Deploy leadership development programs to ensure current and emerging leaders have the skills to drive the culture, effectively lead, engage and develop their teams. Who we’re looking for • P&C key capabilities: data driven, business focused & experience led • Strong knowledge in Strategic Workforce Planning & Organizational Design • +10 years of experience understanding core P&C areas of intervention • Deep knowledge of talent management, Learning and Leadership development, Talent acquisition, performance management.
