Strategic Planning Analyst In your role as a Strategic Planning Analyst, you will support the strategic planning process in the Kutna Hora factory by analyzing & reporting key manufacturing performance indicators, contributing to increase of production efficiency and loss elimination. You will enable strategic decision-making by monitoring production performance vs targets, identifying and analyzing variances and providing trend forecasts. You will also support various strategic & multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives, which requires vision, creativity, and a systematic and cross-functional perspective. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Be a business partner to leaders in production and support them in achieving manufacturing targets and objectives. - Lead & support strategic & multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives (at local and regional level), which requires vision, creativity, and a systematic and cross-functional perspective. - Cooperate with manufacturing teams in the preparation and collection of Manufacturing Assumptions, the main Company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), productivity and cost optimization initiatives for accurate and timely reporting. - Drive the follow-up of the Productivity and Cost Optimization Initiatives process within the factory, working closely with all departments and initiative leaders in ensuring the budgeted delivery of productivity savings and overall regional targets. - Prepare the presentations for local and regional management team meetings. - Support strong cross-functional relationship within and outside of Operations in ensuring timely and consistent communication throughout Ops planning community. - Analyze and maintain the reporting system to ensure data correctness. - No day is the same, but a regular day can look like this: a) Preparation of PowerBI reports for Production. b) Daily meeting with your team. c) MS Teams meeting with colleagues from central roles (e.g. Switzerland, Poland, Italy) regarding ongoing projects. 4) KPI targets and productivity initiatives revision with one of the departments. 5) Reviewing KPI results with the management team. YOU SHOULD HAVE/BE/KNOW: - University degree in Finance/Mathematics, Business, or technical area. - Relevant previous experience or exposure to project management activities. - 1-2 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Operations environment, preferably in multinational companies. - Experience in Production, Management Control, Lean Manufacturing or Operations Analysis and Reporting is a plus. - Good understanding of the manufacturing processes at a theoretical and practical level. - Good MS Excel and Power BI skills - Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak language.
