Purpose of the role : Execute all tax matters in Spain and France in efficient and effective manner. Ensure timely tax reporting/payment Inidividual accountabilities : Ensure and execute timely and accurate filing of all tax filings obligations in Spain and France. Ensure timely payments/refunds. Point of contact for tax matters for different internal stakeholders (Commercial, Logistics, Finance, Legal…). Be up to date with Spanish and French relevant tax legislation. Execute efficient operational Tax processes for Tax reporting, provision, TP, excises, indirect and direct tax compliance. Key Activities : Timely and accurate filing of all tax filings obligations and timely payment and/or refund of all tax obligations. Responsible to monitor and be up to date with relevant legislation in Spain and France. Support management of tax audits, inquiries and tax litigations. Support the communication and day-to-day relationship with Fiscal Authorities. Ensures tax processes are aligned with policies, controls and risk management. Ensure proper system set up and master data related set up for tax processes. Foster tax knowledge within internal stakeholders and provide tax input for all relevant initiatives. Support the Tax Regional team in the deployment/monitoring of EU regulatory initiatives. What we are looking for : Graduate degree in Law, Business or Finance, Minimum of 4 years of experience handling tax matters in a multinational tax environment (tax consultancy background preferred). Spanish or/and French Tax knowledge. Basic accounting knowledge on Spanish or/and French GAAP.
