We're looking for a Sales Operations Supervisor responsible of maintaining and boosting the productivity and performance of the Sales team, by ensuring that all commercial tools used in the markets (Power Street, SAP, Quicktapsurvey) are running smoothly. This position is highly critical ensuring to provide timely and comprehensive support to the Sales team to ensure that the daily sales are properly completed and registered, solving end-user problems due to system errors and coordinating/implementation improvements. Also, this position ensure that market launches (new SFP products) are successful from a system standpoint. The Sales Ops Supervisor must handle complex issues, understanding the end-to-end connection/impact of the issue across the different systems and functions. Must have high problem-solving mentality, being able to handle different issues at the same time and in a time-sensitive environment (constant urgencies). This person must also have a high proficiency in English and excellent communication skills, due to constant coordination between the markets Commercial teams, Finance, Logistics, IBS, and IT/system support. Your day to day: • Define and lead the implementation of process improvements/standardization of the commercial tools across all CARICAM markets, providing comprehensive solutions between the systems and SAP, creating the "BRD" (details) document for the third-party vendor with the technical details of the requirements from Commercial function. • Coordinate between different teams the solution and/or implementation of projects/system features to solve issues that arise daily, by allocating the most reliable resources, following-up on milestone completion, running testing scenarios and informing all stakeholders of the status, pivoting where needed. • Guarantee the end-to-end configuration of products/SKUs/materials in SAP, ensuring that they can be properly commercialized without any issue in SAP postings and reporting. • Ensure al operational "run and support" activities (such as commercial sales initiatives upload, customer itineraries, customer surveys, PPOSM module, etc.) are timely and correctly configured in Power Street by the Sales Ops team. Additionally, guarantee staff availability to attend the Sales teams issues/errors that arise daily. • Guarantee that all relevant staff is properly trained in the use of the commercial tools across CARICAM. • Manage the performance of a team of 5 FTEs across CARICAM, promoting a high customer service and efficiency in problem-solving activities. What we’re looking for: • Degree in System Engineering / IT field / Business Administration, with a financial background. • 5+ years of experience managing a Sales Force Automation system or similar (Power Street system knowledge is a plus). • Intermediate SAP knowledge (SD and FI modules). • Professional experience in Project Management with good problem-solving skills, and participation in the simplification and automation of internal processes and tasks. • Ability to handle complex issues with high sense of urgency. • Experience leading teams across different markets. • Advanced English level.
