Are you the person we are looking for? You will be based in Bergen op Zoom working closely with the manufacturing departments in our dual factory. The organization in Bergen op Zoom is a diverse, vivid, and dynamic environment. Your mission is to understand the Manufacturing system(s) related priorities and integrations, support existing and deploy new systems, and bring up innovate ideas that make the difference. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the day-to-day system support for the manufacturing systems and make sure that system related issues and queries are timely resolved. Build a good understanding of the PMI System portfolio and the modus operandi of central IT Teams. • Support the creation of functional and technical specifications and make sure that the (local/central) developers understand the requirements. You do not perform system development activities; you mainly coordinate the development teams and validate the developments and prepare the deployment. • Together with the system owners, both local and global, you align and prioritize new functionalities that need to be implemented to satisfy business necessities complying with IT standards. You respect the agreed scope, time and budget, and bring the right benefit to the manufacturing organization. • Lead the implementation of system improvements (MES-LES, Laboratory, Labeling systems) incl. system integration with central solutions. • Contribute to global initiatives within the IT manufacturing domain. • Achieve your results by collaborating closely with your direct colleagues, internal customers, PMI stakeholders and external suppliers. • Being engaged in various IT domains spanning from cybersecurity (system assessments, vulnerability management) to architectural topics and everything in between. While not always being responsible, you play a crucial role in evaluating the impact on manufacturing systems and translating it into business terms when necessary. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration or equivalent. • Up to 5 years professional experience with Information Systems Management or Information Technology. • Experience in project and service management are a plus. • Ability to engage with multi-functional stakeholders. • Ability to understand business drivers and pressures. • Ability to quickly grasp understanding on diverse topics and make relevant contributions. • Interest to learn cross-functional business process and bring innovation. • Dynamic Team Player while able to work independently. • Knowledge of MES solutions and Computerized System Validation is a plus. • Fluent in English and Dutch.
