Sustainability Specialist - Albarraque

The Challenge EHSS Specialist is responsible to implement the environment, health, safety (EHS) and security systems and programs fully applying the Integrated Operating System (IOS), in accordance with company Principle and Practices, legal requirements and recognized best practices, in order to prevent injury to employees, damage to the environment, minimize the business impact of foreseeable losses and meet legal and company requirements. This person will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the system based on audit results, incident investigations, business and process changes. Who we’re looking for: • University degree in Science/Engineering; • At least 3 years of proved experience working in industrial environment; • Experience on team management; • Advanced Excel Knowledge and comfortable with Ms Office tools; • Advanced level of English and native level of Portuguese; • Action Oriented and Problem-Solving profile; • Knowledge in EHS Pillar skills; • Know-How on EHSS applicable standards (ISO 45001, OSHAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001) will be a plus; • Auditor training will be a plus.
