The Challenge As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to deploy the POSM toolbox of NCA's & CTP's categories, focusing on tobacconists & KA channels, ensuring high quality and timely execution towards brand/category equity building and awareness impact. Your day-to-day TOOLBOX INPUT AND DEPLOYMENT • Use and adapt PMI Global guidelines in what regards the visibility toolbox for Indirect Retail channels, both on General Trade and Key Account (Mainland + Islands), for multi-brand and multi-category, including materials design & production, while working closely with assigned project managers and suppliers. BUDGET & KPIs • Execution and control of relevant channels budget, ensuring no overspend or underspend YE. • Track relevant channel KPIs, integrating top-down OB and bottom-up inputs. Ensure that all initiatives maximize return on investment. DATA ANALYSIS & FEEDBACK • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data and insights for POSM deployed on all Indirect Retail Channels (GT & KA), and provide timely and adequate feedback to relevant stakeholders to foster visibility toolbox development decisions and actions plans. 3rd PARTY MANAGEMENT • Be a point of contact for suppliers and/or print manager: evaluate materials & quality, assess costs - identifying opportunities and long-term costs reductions. • Ensure long-term supplier development towards the most trustworthy relationship, with appropriate SLAs and coaching, aligned and obliging with our PMI principles. • Ensure and adapt (when needed) the best pool of suppliers to support all projects and campaigns. PROJECT COLLABORATION • Actively participate in cross functional teams to scope, define and effectively deliver our commercial drivers, focused on the visibility pillar. Also participate in projects and initiatives to improve NPS and consumer experience in the specific stage of the consumer journey leveraging on FFWD and PBO methodologies. Who we are looking for • University Degree in relevant areas with an emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing; • 3+ years of relevant experience in areas such as commercial, marketing, trade marketing or similar areas, preferably in the FMCG industry; • Previous experience in indirect retail environment is a plus; • Advanced level of English and Portuguese; • Action Oriented, fast learner and Problem-Solving attitude; • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and follow time frames; • Resilience to cope with challenges.
