Sales Experts passionately deliver exceptional consumer experience and convert adult smokers to a Non Combustible Alternative. Sales Experts provide support and education to adult smokers at the store and guide and solve customer requirements. Beyond consumer interaction, Sales Experts are expected to monitor store housekeeping and complete tasks to ensure the stores are always impeccably presented and consumer-ready. Sales Experts work collaboratively with each other and assisting others where required, fostering a fun and creative working environment. Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end exceptional and unique consumer experience. (Primary); Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with the discovery of an alternative; Educate adult smokers about an alternative and conduct a guided trials; Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization & after-sales services; Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with our consumer-centric principles; Execute retail store operations adhering to the Retail Store Operations Guidebook, including, but not limited to: inventory management, store readiness, administration and store presentation standards; Ensure delivery of set KPI targets (e.g. consumer satisfaction score), focusing primarily on conversion of Adhere to our Good Conversion Practices and Global Talking Points. Requirements Be available to work from Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm Minimum of 1 or 2 years relevant consumer – facing experience e.g. service –led, hospitality, customer care or retail experience; Warm character and enthusiastic personality; Dutch (fluent) and English (fluent); Knowledge of retail or business systems (e.g. POS, Verifone, customer & payments registration, MS Office, etc); Experience across multiple skillsets including sales, customer service etc. Skills Active Listening: listen to consumer needs, motivations and barriers in order to address them; Communication Skills: empathetic; comfort to talk to ‘strangers’ and connect with them; build rapport according to each consumer insights and needs; able to vary communication according to the specific conversation; Customer Service: polite and willing to help others; asses situations to determine the best way to connect/interact to others; provides exceptional treatment to consumers; seeks for customer satisfaction and feels rewarded achieving it.
