YOUR DAY TO DAY: As a “Digital Capabilities Analyst” you partner with local, global and regional teams to deliver best-in-class digital capabilities to support commercial business goals in e.g. Brand Retail, Indirect Retail, E-commerce, Customer care, CX, CRM & Loyalty. You are the digital capabilities expert and translate business requirements into digital solutions, facilitate testing, ensure deployment as well as incident management. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Be an expert that supports deployment of (global) digital capabilities that will enable business growth & process optimization; from idea generation to go-live. • Be responsible for running and supporting relevant digital capabilities - in the area of digital consumer engagement (B2C) and digital trade engagement (B2B). • Digital Project Management in both agile- and waterfall to ensure delivery In Time, In Scope, in Budget. • Drive innovation across local organization embedding a digital first approach to serving consumers. • Act upon data and suggest/make data driven decisions. YOUR PROFILE: • You have graduated in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or similar • You have at least 3 years of working experience in a similar role • You are tech-savvy, solution-oriented and analytical • You have experience in (digital) project management and agile tools (e.g. Waterfall, SCRUM, Jira & Confluence) • You are an effective problem solver, used to work with cross-functional teams and business users • You deal with ambiguity, learn on the fly, do critical thinking, are solution oriented & have data driven mindset • You are fluent in English, German is a plus • As a plus, you already have experience working with Salesforce, Microsoft BI tools and SAP.
