We are looking for a CRM Lead who will work in our headquarter, in İstanbul and be responsible for the design and implementation of the CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, expanding the brand value and create lifetime customers. This role includes opportunities to participate in regional and global projects in close collaboration with mainly global marketing and digital functions. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Design and implement CRM strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams • Own the responsibility for retention campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis. This will include idea generation, proposal preparation, alignment with system development and channel teams, deployment and performance tracking. • Strategically plan, execute and assess the performance of CRM program strategy and design the actions needed to be taken for improvement / enhancement. • Own the control on database segmentation to efficiently address the interactions and experiences of consumers across the consumer journey with the ultimate objective of increasing consumer equity. • Discover and understand customer support needs, upgrade customer care protocols and care programs to ensure consumer satisfaction and full conversion. • Working closely with IT teams and tech vendors to maintain the system, resolving system issues and deliver new developments This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: • University degree in relevant subjects • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • At least 4 years of proven work experience in CRM • Have data analytics skills, possess data-driven and customer oriented decision-making mindset • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex problems with smart risk taking • Demonstrate ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion and diversity, integrity, customer focus and respect • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude • Demonstrate agility and entrepreneurial spirit, initiate action and lead others to follow • Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner • Have ability to work and interact with people at all levels in the organization How does this sound?
