The DTE Commercial Specialist is responsible for managing outbound call center campaigns and developing Digital Engagement Campaigns on the DTE Platform, while supporting the overall Indirect Retail Activation and our Smoke-free Vision. The role is managing outbound call programs effectively and to increase the loyalty member base on the platform vis-a-vis developing specific programs to leverage advocacy and brand voice. YOUR DAY TO DAY Responsible for leading and managing call center campaigns, with the purpose of impacting loyalty base and leading the cross-functional collaboration between Brands, Customer Experience, Field Sales Force for the successful execution of projects. This includes participating in discovery work for new digital initiatives. Responsible for developing and implementing call center campaigns to achieve business objectives which includes but no limited to analyzing campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, monitoring call center metrics, training and supporting call center agents on campaign-specific processes and goals and others. Responsible for developing and executing digital engagement strategies to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction. Responsible for analyzing digital engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Responsible for ensuring all key stakeholders for all projects and commercial initiatives are well informed about deployment plans’ execution timing and details, accomplishing this through active participation in project meetings and being the Lead for all customer inquiries for RBH Connect and Frontline for internal and external customers. Also ensuring all customer feedback/complaints are promptly addressed and that excellent customer service is provided. Responsible for managing the call center relationships and daily operations to achieve the required business objectives. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3-5 Years of experience working with CPG. Previous experience in Digital marketing with an emphasis on developing digital tools. Experience in working with cross-functional teams & digital projects will be considered an asset Experience in Call Center Campaign management. Collaboration, Analytical and Project management skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and interpretation of insights reporting and analytics. Familiar or previous experience with Salesforce backend, confluence, and Jira Ability to prepare, organize and present project documentation (e.g. business case, project plans, presentations etc.). For this position the salary range is between $103,700 to $110,186 based on the level of experience.
