REQUIREMENTS: • 7+ years of relevant professional experience (in Strategy, Management Consulting, Commercial/Market/Corporate Finance, Business Development and Planning) cross-functional experience is a plus • 2+ years prior experience in managerial / leadership positions • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or Finance as an asset) • Proven experience in conducting complex analysis and delivering business presentations • Experience in co-operation with senior stakeholders • Advance Microsoft Office usage (Excel and PowerPoint) • Fluent in written & spoken English, and Polish WE OFFER: • Contract of employment • In this position you will earn no less than 18,900 PLN gross per month • Cross-functional projects in teams & companies (international) • Cafeteria with various benefits • Private medical & dental care, life insurance • Flexible working arrangements • Lunch card • Wide range of trainings, further education, optional language courses YOUR TASKS: • Support Strategy Team / Senior Managers in analyzing trends & market opportunities, and help in defining growth drivers which contribute to Long Range Plan and the definition of the Market’s strategic roadmap • Facilitate the Market Strategy process in close collaboration with key stakeholders • OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures) framework governance ensuring alignment across market organization • Prepare high-quality presentations for Senior Stakeholders both for internal use and external engagements, coordinating the inputs from key stakeholders • Actively participate in Market Business Review governance, orchestrating preparations and ensuring high quality of content and visualization • Collect market data and conduct analysis to support Regional and Global Strategic Intelligence Teams, We are collecting applications until 22.08.2024!
