Your day-to-day tasks: As a Direct Materials (DIM) Procurement Analyst, you will track the Asia DIM team’s performance, monitor spend, and extract essential data from our digital platforms. You will oversee part of our supplier management process – particularly on governance and qualification. Apart from our external suppliers, you will also engage with our internal stakeholders related to forecasts, vendor management, and quality. Your Responsibilities: 1. Governance • Direct Material forecast extraction from Materials Planning team – highlight significant changes and correlate with mid-term planning highlights. • Quarterly KPI Monitoring (Productivity, Price, Sustainability) – extract and summarize data from different platforms into our KPI dashboard. • Extract and summarize year-end reports such as spend analysis, price update completion etc. • Track and cross check team budget compliance. • Data collection, consolidation and providing summary – including ad hoc requests that will require inputs from the different category leads. 2. Supplier Payment Concern/Issues Management • Liaise between the supplier and finance team for the closure of unpaid, delayed, and blocked invoices. • Oversee the deployment of supply chain financing to vendors (as needed). 3. Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (ePPM) update for Procurement Initiatives 4. Qualification monitoring with Quality and Packaging team. • Track qualification activities vs agreed timings and liaise with QA on next steps. • Track qualification costs charged to DIM 5. Liaise with facility team on the preparations/approvals needed for vendor visits. Who We’re looking for: You have a college degree. Preferably with 1 year of experience in using digital platforms such as SAP as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools. Must be proficient in using MS Excel for data analysis and report creation. You are driven, committed, organized, and have strong analytical skills. You can communicate your points with clarity and work well within a team. You must also be amenable to work in BGC Taguig Office for a 1-year project contract.
