Multicategory Project Specialist

We are currently looking for an M-C Project Specialist CZ YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: • Leading deployment CZ SFP initiatives aimed to fulfill comprehensive multi-category commercial initiatives plan for individual commercial cycles, ensuring all necessary cross-functional alignment, overall feasibility for deployment and delivering on the set SFP strategy o Key interlink between SFP and Commercial Operations CZ leading the deployment of a set of programs, projects and initiatives that aim to accelerate acquisition, ensure retention and advocacy of consumers acquired. • Leading deployment of multicategory pilots in order to expand PMI understanding of Multicategory strategies through in market testing of innovative solutions, talking points or other initiatives. o Closely collaborate with OC/ regional counterparts and market leadership team. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field • Experience in sales or marketing, in the consumer goods industry, preferably in multinational environment (3 years min.) • Project management experience (2 years min, 5+ members) • Fluent Czech/Slovak and English is a must • Strong business and financial acumen and communication, presentation, and analytical skills • Advanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) WHAT WE OFFER: We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package such as: - Flexible working hours / home office possibility - 25 vacation days and 4 sick days - Summer/winter vacation contribution - 11 000 points in Benefit Café, Multisport card, Meal tickets - Life & accident insurance, Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar)
