To strengthen our team, we are currently sourcing a part time (50-60%) administrative support who will report to the Sales Manager Luxemburg. We are looking for an enthusiastic, communicative, and hands-on candidate to join our Field Support team in the Luxembourg office. The team’s main responsibility is to provide excellent coordination and back-office support towards the Lux field sales, key account and other teams. Read further if you want to learn what the key accountabilities of the role are: Key accountabilities • Assisting the team in every needed way to secure an excellent back-office support. • Provide support to key account & field sales varying from organizational tasks and administrational follow-up, towards support preparing presentations and basic analysis. • Ensure timely and correct execution of day to day tasks o Creation of purchase orders, good receipt, etc. in SAP o Manage expense notes from the field force o Manage all incoming / outgoing post • Coordinate and control the storage locations from sales representatives. • Organize off-site meetings like the National Sales Meeting • Handling customer contacts including follow-up towards related departments. Our ideal candidate would match following experience and competence requirements. Required Experience • Multi-tasking, manage many tasks at the same time, independent and with the team. • Hands-on, pro-active mentality, reliable, communicative. • Affinity with SAP and MS office (Excel, Word, Power-point) and willingness to learn PMI specific Tools. • Fluent in French and English How does this sound? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual)interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete an online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests are composed out of a cognitive ability test and/or a personality test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. Candidates who took the tests in the past 12 months should not make tests again.
