Key Account Manager

Philip Morris Finland Oy — an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), is an international FMCG company whose main products are various nicotine products, such as nicotine pouches, e-cigarettes, heated tobacco products and smokeable cigarettes. As a Key Account Manager, reporting to the Manager National Key Accounts, you will be vital in driving the development, management, and execution of critical initiatives in retail chains and wholesalers in Finland, ensuring alignment with the company’s smoke free journey. Managing a wide range of collaborators, both internal and external, you will: • Lead the collaboration with assigned Key Accounts to drive business growth and to deliver against commercial targets. • Contribute to the work of crafting material for sales meetings, new products and annual negotiation presentations. • Assist the department with various reporting. • Contribute to projects /ad hoc requests across the organisation. • Support the team in coordinating & implementing projects across all Key Accounts (e.g. consumer programs, product launches, etc.) • Work closely with the Field Sales team to support flawless execution of initiatives at retail level. • Analyze market, channel and customer performance to identify opportunities for growth in Indirect Retail. We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with: • University degree in Business Administration or Economics • Several years of experience in Sales, Category Management or Marketing, ideally in FMCG • Good knowledge of retail landscape in Finland • Proficiency in Finnish and English is required • Strong communication & presentation skills • Skilled In Excel & PowerPoint • Self-driven, analytical with strong attention to detail What we offer: Our success depends on the dedicated employees who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
