Position Overview: In the role of Project Lead, you will plan and develop plug-ins/events projects and execution strategy including national and local U.S. partnerships. You will coordinate activities implementation and measurements of the deliverables against the objectives. You will be responsible for coordination of the projects with the Be The First program. Your ‘day to day’: • Lead the project management and execution of active and upcoming projects, including large scale events and local events in key locations. • Develop & deploy best practices to improve project performance and efficiency • Enable communication & visibility to ensure alignment at all levels of the organization • Support on execution of corporate partnerships • Scouting and research of new, national corporate partners • Manage the functional, business budget and procurement processes and systems. Support budget tracking, expressly the purchase order creation process, invoice approval process and all the related interactions with Procurement, Finance and Legal teams to ensure smooth project flow with key vendor partners.
