WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Experience in data analysis - have the ability to transfer the data into clear insights, by using PowerBI. • 3+ years experience in the digital, analytics or related domain • Very good project management and stakeholder management skills (including 3rd party management). • Strong analytical and visualisation skills • Have excellent written, verbal and presentational skills in English • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills - Ability to challenge status quo • Strong team commitment and results delivery orientation • Agile learner with strong action orientation and drive for results. Proficient in handling MS Office, PowerBI. PMI systems knowledge is a plus. WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card • Hybrid model work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program with various benefits • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Acts as a NPS expert for DMO Team; actively contributes to the business decisions by providing analysis coming from the markets/regions/global teams & the agencies' feedback. • Delivering the deep dive analysis and reporting in line with agreed calendar for all partnerships NPS management (Publicis, IBM, Cheil). • Supports the Governance manager with guidance, expertise to reach operational excellence. • Closely collaborates with GH of DMO & Digital Marketing Excellence Manager to drive tracking of operational KPI's and help drive insights. Supporting DMO Team with unlocking meaningful and actionable insights from DMO consumption data (MWM) on what is being adopted by markets. • Be force of proposition in visualisation as well as proposing additional data point to be added to the dashboard in order to drive excellence across DMO. • Support the capture of continuous improvement initiatives with the Digital Marketing Excellence Manager. • Ensure best practice sharings and standardizations across channels dashboards. • Collect and address technical issues on the Qualtrics and Power BI platform. Provide recommendations for improvements. • Build data-driven reports, and dashboards aligned to defined business requirements. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the data. • Summarize diverse data sets, including structured and unstructured agency feedback into practical insights, providing reports to DMO. • Design and build quality reports and dashboards (ensure UI/UX) in BI platforms (Power BI or other). • Ability to analyze and consolidate multiple data sources to solve business questions and create visualizations.
