As a BI (Business intelligence) analyst in PMI Business Solutions, you will have the opportunity to be a part of something different This position offers great opportunities for every candidate to grow their technical and nontechnical skills. If you are selected, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining of our Next Best Action (NBA) solutions, ensuring data availability and accuracy, and developing and maintaining related dashboards. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Proven experience working with Power Bi or other visualization tool. • Proficient and proven experience working with SQL programming. • Familiarity with basic ETL processes and data modeling concepts. • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Problem solving skills and High attention to detail. • English (Business communication proficiency) WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education, and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) • MyBenefit Cafeteria • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Writing and optimizing SQL code for the maintenance and development of Next Best Action cases. • Support the business with regular maintenance and request on Database. • Manage and enhance the existing SQL database, ensuring constant data availability, integrity, performance, and security. • Create and update database documentation. • Conduct regular monitoring of tool outputs to prevent and identify errors. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and teams to requirements and translate them into effective action. • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data trends, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring seamless and user-friendly access to data for business users. • Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data processes. • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support to business users.
