Your ‘day to day’ As a Commercial Project Executive you will: • Transform global campaigns into localised communication assets and co-ordinate deployment for communication in B2B and/or B2C communicational channels and CRM. • In a close cooperation with internal & external stakeholders, effectively develop and execute local Portfolio/Brand communication campaigns and initiatives. • Co-ordinate 3rd party agencies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of quality results within agreed timeframes. • Regularly brief relevant stakeholders or suppliers on cyclic activities to ensure their knowledge and performance quality. • Continuously supervise project results, gather feedback from relevant sources and dedicatedly share your insights and propose actions to improve. Who we’re looking for: • You have a university degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar. • Experience in projects management within brand building, marketing, or communication areas. • Excellent organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills. • Brand building, content editing, layout, and design skills, including ability to clearly present concepts and effectively deliver key messages. • Enjoy making decisions based on data, analyze numbers and react quickly to grasp the opportunity. • Flexible, adaptable to change, enjoy experimenting, yet keep the ownership and share the joy for achieved results. • Clear and constructive communication skills and fluently speak in English and Latvian.
