Main responsibilities - Create tailored-made activities in base of area needs - Evaluate performance and trends and drive improvements - Work closely with Brand retail lead and Brand retail Area managers on bottom up activities reflecting current business needs - Closely monitor opportunities within designated area (POS location, expansion, communication) - Ensure proper briefing and knowledge of staff to deliver the best consumer experience - Ensure right implementation of activities in POS - Propose suggestions for increasing visibility within shopping malls - Supervising the quality of service and brand presentation. - Active participation in the creation of optimal sales processes with a focus on customer experience. What are we looking for - At least 3 years of managerial experience in trade/brand retail business or premium B2C brand companies - Combination of strategic, analytical and pragmatic thinking, customer focus - Excellent in leadership and coaching - Experience in 3rd parties / suppliers management - Agility and skills to act in ambiguity - Cross-functional development would be an asset - Fluent Slovak, advanced English - Driving license B (active driver) What we offer: You will find that our company offers a dynamic and international work environment, many learning opportunities and the possibility to express your potential with experimentation.
