Brand Engagement Executive SEE

Your ‘day to day’: • Responsible for quality of event execution on each experiential channels, while closely working with SEE markets and respective agencies on event production. Understands role of our brands and products and how they should be implemented on engagement activities. Considers ways of improvement of execution with time and budget savings. • Works with production houses, agencies and event organizers on management of events while ensuring everything defined in event plans is delivered. This considers that no matter of the type of event platform or location, each touch point or activation, will serve we delivered planned engagement with consumers. • Strong focus of delivery of our brand vision through brand engagement activations on events, brand visibility, positioning, and direct engagement with consumers. • Feed in to marketing plans and SEE markets his takeaways from events execution, shares feedback from consumers and support future plans development. • During events owns full accountability on timelines, production and management of event, ensuring to inform relevant partners about event execution. • Strictly follow up PMI policy and procedures, ensure through theoretical and practical training that policies and practices relevant to each function within the company and towards consumers are known and adhered to by each employee. What we are looking for: • University degree • Minimum 3 years of experience in field work; experience in work with agencies, suppliers; experience in organizing events. • Proficient in MS Office package. • Great communication & presentation skills. • Great negotiation & problem solving skills.
