For our Financial Analysis team, we are looking for Data Process Automation Analyst. As a Data Process Automation Analyst, your focus will be on automating tasks to make our analysis more efficient. We are divided into two teams: front-end and back-end teams. In the back-end, you’ll address our key-users’ needs without business meeting distractions. Front-end analysts maintain direct communication with key users to align our strategies with business needs. We follow Agile practices—Kanban for front-end and Scrum for back-end. REQUIREMENTS: • Min. 3 years of experience in data analysis or business process automation • Fluent in Polish and a minimum of B2 level in English • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Snowflake (or other SQL-based databases), along with Excel proficiency (VBA) • Good understanding of Power BI • Experience (commercial or academic) in process automation, with Python (Jupyter) being highly preferred • Nice-to-have: Familiarity (commercial or academic) with GeoAnalysis tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) • Nice-to-have: Experience with Scrum methodology WE OFFER: • In this position you will earn no less than 12,820 gross per month • Smart Work Model: min. 8 days per month working on site – Warsaw HQ (Inflancka 4c, Gdanski Business Center) • Cross-functional projects in teams & companies (international) • Cafeteria with various benefits • Private medical & dental care, life insurance • Flexible working arrangements • Lunch card (Pluxee) • Wide range of trainings, further education, optional language courses • Opportunity to learn and work with Kanban and Scrum management methodology YOUR TASKS: • Define FFWD (Fast Forward), MVP (Minimum Viable Product), and temporary processes, along with data models and automation solutions • Optimize data flow, reduce redundancy, and enhance accessibility within security boundaries • Collaborate with Data Management and Data Architects to ensure proper data modeling and efficient processes • Focus on automation to minimize manual intervention • Design robust systems and data pipelines to handle large volumes of data • Leverage technologies like Big Data Platforms, Cloud Computing, and AI • Perform regular maintenance tasks, updates, and security patches • Document procedures, configurations, and changes using Jira and Confluence • Plan the transition to standard reporting and data models in collaboration with business partners We are collecting applications until 03.07.2024!
