WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A student or university graduates up to 6 months after graduation, ideally someone who is available for 35-40 hours per week, • A person with advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, • Someone with a flair for writing - whether it’s crafting engaging social media content, or internal communications, your words will make an impact, • Creative person with video and photo editing skills, • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, XD, and Photoshop is essential, • Graphic design experience would be an asset. WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Paid internship for the duration of 6 that can be extended up to 12 months, • Daily contact with people from all around the world, • Possibility to practice your communication and people engagement skills in an encouraging and diverse environment every single day, • Daily work with people determined to improve their colleagues’ work experience. HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Design and develop non-traditional employee engagement campaigns – at the office and online, • A chance to bring your creativity to life and showcase your skills by working on graphic design projects - from posters to social media graphics, • Create content for our internal communications channels – articles, videos, internal social media posts, etc., • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including other team members, departments, and external partners, • Coordinate meetings, workshops, trainings and focus groups, • Organize and coordinate engaging events for employees and customers.
