Your day to day Responsible for monthly monitoring of the Sell In National volume (volume approx. 20 bio sticks per year) ensuring compliance with the volume according to the latest commitment with the region presented in OB and RF. Likewise, maximize the value of the CC business by seeking opportunities through SOM analysis (Nielsen and Sell Out volume) Accountabilities - Visibility and analysis of information required by the commercial team on specific topics. Detect risks and opportunities based on volume, brands and channels to give a better picture for decision making. - Responsible for monitoring the month closing process for the sales volume (1.7 bios Monthly volume) as well as loading the Q closing provisions, guaranteeing the correct visualization of the monthly volume information. -Responsible for requesting the registration of clients and brands in REEV to guarantee the correct visualization of the volume information in the different reports - Responsible for validating the margins for the different price groups (29 groups) in each of the MKT initiatives ((Margin after fee, RSP, WAP) as well as effective generation of catalogation kits according to IMS for the company's various launches and projects. We are looking for: - Business, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics / Statistics Degree - More than 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst. - Advanced experience in the administration of Business Intelligence platforms and tools (Microsoft Power BI). - Strong analytical skills - Good communication and influencing skills - Strong Excel skills - Fluent English - Fundamental knowledge in Sales and Distribution What we offer...
