Field Operations Analyst

Your day to day • Execution of projects and pilots for the sales force • Responsible for volume analysis and promotions • Responsible for doing all analysis according to the channels to understand how the business works • Generate valuable insights for category and decision-making • Interaction with different areas of corporate and field sales • Sales projections Accountabilities • Manage and control the resources of all the company's initiatives to the commercial area according to the assigned channel, ensuring their correct implementation and use • Provide support to the sub-directorate through the generation of reports and monitoring of KPIs of volume, buyers, inventories, follow-up of launches, commercial programs, budget, cataloging of brands that facilitate decision-making according to the assigned channel. • Validate, monitor and develop promotional plans ensuring alignment with the commercial strategy of the assigned channel • Monitoring of sales force indicators for different channels and categories. We are looking for: • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial areas • Minimum 2 years of experience in creating reports, dashboard. • Knowledge of advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI. • Intermediate - Advanced English • Proactive mindset • Results-oriented profile • Disruptive thinking What we offer...
