Philip Morris International Inc. (NYSE / Euronext Paris: PM) will host a live audio webcast at www.pmi.com/webcasts on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. ET of the 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The webcast will be in a listen-only mode.

During the Meeting, Louis C. Camilleri, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, will address shareholders and answer questions. André Calantzopoulos, Chief Operating Officer who, as previously announced on March 13, 2013, becomes Chief Executive Officer effective immediately following the Meeting, will give the business presentation.
