As Transformation Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and creating commercial programs and field sales processes that will lead to achieving business KPIs and driving expected ROI of Transformation Projects. You will lead the development of necessary communication, reports, processes, and systems to drive, monitor, and assess specific Transformation Programs. You will be involved in test design and pivoting based on insights gathered from trade interviews and Field Sales execution. YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Develop Commercial Roll-out plans translating Portfolio and business strategies into overall deployment plans including but not limited to the ff: (1) Digital Trade Engagement Programs (2) Internal and External Communication Plans (3) Merchandising Priorities (4) Resource Allocation • Work with business enabling teams (e.g., IT and Product Management) in delivering end-to-end digital platform enhancements and capabilities based on agreed strategies and programs • Collaborate with other team members to ensure monitoring of trade agreement initiatives vs agreed KPIs • Perform regular check on-ground executions via field visits at least twice a month with transformation programs team • Co-create campaign/business dashboards which tracks and analyzes the achievement of KPIs translating findings into actionable insights for succeeding executions • Coordinate with key departments to ensure compliance to standard processes with complete and proper documentations in place • Closely collaborate with Manager Transformation Programs Business Development to ensure every step of the project aligns with long-range plans and nationwide roll-out strategy, generating insights from learnings and sharing test results to enable high-quality decision-making on the project expansion. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You must have a bachelor’s degree, and minimum of three (3) years of experience in Digital, Field Sales and Trade Marketing. You must be highly collaborative, analytical with good organization skills. Exposure to data analysis, digital solutions, retail operations are an advantage.
