Your day to day: In their day-to-day work, as IQOS Coach will deal directly with our consumers to proactively approach and lead a potential consumer through the acquisition and conversion journey understanding the pain-point and needs providing a complete experience, additional to following up to our existing consumers on their IQOS experience providing the necessary support on the products or services retaining them in the long term as our consumer. • Face-to-face sales to new or existing clients • Evaluate customer needs and suggest appropriate products. • Develop and deliver sales offers and perform product demonstrations. • Identify and contact potential clients to build a long-term sale relationship. • Being in the field and being able to contact clients cold. • End-to-End lead management – calling and following up on generated leads. • Promote portfolio during events – and public holiday gatherings. Who we are looking for: • Languages: Papiamento - Papiamentu - Dutch - Spanish/ English • Commercial Professional Level • Sales experience is a pre • If you have experience selling technology items it will be an advantage • Know how to work with Excel - Microsoft Office • Effective communication skills, empathy and active listening • Own Driving License & Vehicle • Able to work on festive days / Holidays • Persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales. Ultimately, the Coach can improve sales by creating lasting bonds with consumers.
