What’s the purpose of the role? With your team, deploy the PMI commercial business at tobacco retail in your district for both PMI categories. Educate and engage with owners, store manager & staff to accomplish the PMI goals. Do you feel thrilled when reading the above? If so, please continue reading to learn what the key accountabilities of the role are: - Lead commercial deployment at your retail scope. - Ensure perfect store compliance at assigned retail scope and ensure staff is constantly informed, educated & engaged on the latest PMI portfolio. - Define and implement business plans and efficiently allocate resources to maximize business impact – spends 80% of time in field with your team and retailers. - Manages, motivates & develops a team of 8 consumer executives and instils team spirit & collaboration. Incl recruitment of new team members. - Coaching your diverse team on-the-job & supports them to perform – constantly monitors results and initiates actions to realize personal and professional development. - Build personal relationship with owners, manager & staff of assigned retail scope. - On an ongoing base, monitor data and performance of your retail scope. Act when needed. - With your insights, provide input for developments in a rapidly changing tobacco retailer environment. You’ll be our ideal candidate if you have: - Business and/or commercial education or solid experience - Min. 3 years of commercial experience, preferably in front office position(s) - Proven track-record in achieving results - Has illustrated successful retailer relationship building & activation - Experience of in store business to consumer sales is a plus - People management experience is highly valued - A proactive and hands-on mindset and you love to balance hard work with a lot of fun How does this sound?
