IFMS (Integrated Facility Management Services) Engineer

If so, then please keep on reading We are looking for an IFMS (Integrated Facility Management Services) Engineer who will work in İzmir-Torbali and be responsible for contract and budget management with highest efficiency, eliminating losses with zero loss mindset and developing standard work processes to ensure always in perfect conditions Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Optimized workforce in different services areas • Led lean transformation in integrated third party operations • Digitalization of contract management related processes • Performance review and improvement of services provided to internal customers • Continuously improve performance with zero loss mindset • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating invoices to ensure all items are comply with legal and contract requirements • Maintaining a contract repository and ensuring all additional services invoices are documented and stored • Providing guidance and support on contract related matters to other area owners and stakeholders • Developing and planning department budget and ensuring accuracy and alignment with company targets • Monitoring and controlling expenditures to stay within budget limits • Analyzing financial data to identify cost saving opportunities and improve efficiency • Preparing regular budget report • Collaborating with other departments to forecast future budgets needs and adjust plans accordingly • Assisting in the financial planning and analysis for process improvements and new projects This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: • Hold a university degree in engineering and business faculty • Have at least 3 years of experience in finance and/or procurement • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Knowledge on IOS (Integrated Operating System _ OPEN+) • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention for detail • Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner • Strong team-work and cooperation with analytical skills One more thing: at Philip Morris we see equal pay for equal work between woman and men as the baseline standard for equality.
