Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in Finance/Strategy/Business development • Great business acumen, strategic thinking, experience in market & performance analytics, long-term business planning, scenario analysis and modelling, combined with a Business Partnering mindset. • Experience in leading projects & people, capable to organize own and others’ work to meet changing requirements in high-paced environment. • Excellent presentation skills • Fluency in English, very good written and verbal communications skills. • Ability to optimize and streamline processes. Responsibilities: Strategic planning & projects portfolio: Develop the organization’s strategic plan & strategic project portfolio in collaboration with business streams. • Identifying key levers impacting business and its strategy • Conduct market trend & competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities & threats. • Scenario modelling & impacts assessment, & holistic presentations preparation • Creation of strategic projects portfolio and it’s prioritization • Facilitating cross-business unit initiatives creation Performance Monitoring: • Establish key performance indicators to monitor and evaluate strategic plans realization on track • Provide reports to the management on the progress of the strategic plans & programs realization • Identify risks and propose mitigation associated with strategy delivery.
