Our Digital Trade Engagement team is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer. Our team's mission is to craft a B2B strategy that aligns with our retailers' needs, enhancing their daily operations with innovative solutions. As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in this mission, creating visual masterpieces for our digital and offline platforms. Your "day to day" Strategic Idea Generator: Contribute to the development of strategic and impactful ideas and concepts, ensuring their alignment with business strategies and campaign objectives throughout the entire process. Brief Whisperer: Accurately interpret project briefs to understand content requirements and deliver stunning visuals. Visual Guru: Create optimised visual assets for various applications, including sourcing images and audio. Video Virtuoso : Proficiently handle shooting, editing, and providing video files suited for various platforms. Photo Prodigy: Master the art of capturing and editing photos with precision. Project Juggler: Manage multiple projects, timelines, and expectations seamlessly. Print Perfectionist: Deliver print-ready artwork and vector files with a strong emphasis on accuracy, ensuring impeccable proofs. Who we are looking for • Tertiary qualification in graphic design, fine art, or a related field is preferred • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Artist with a robust portfolio showcasing both print and digital work • Ability to work on location on the full time employment basis • Proficiency in image and video creation • Strong design fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color • Meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of design principles • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a fast-paced team • Quick learner, eager to master emerging capabilities • Adherence to brand guidelines with the ability to adapt artwork as needed • A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration Important Note: Please include a link to your portfolio of evidence with your application.
