WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Willing to take action, problem solver with a University Degree in Economics or Finance • 5+ years of proven Controlling experience in an international company • Strong Finance fundamentals combined with analytical mindset and capacity to organize and prioritize work independently • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and Power BI, experience with PMI Financial systems GFRT and Tagetik are considered a strong plus • Great storyteller with perspective thinking and confidence in presenting to Senior Management coupled with capacity to translate complex analysis in easy-to-follow narratives by providing meaningful business insights • Keen on working with senior stakeholders and playing a role of Finance Business Partner • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Opportunity to cooperate with people who enjoy Finance and inspire each other everyday • Possibility of development in both Controlling and Business Partnering areas • Being part of a once in a lifetime transformation and potential to shape the future of the team during transformational times • Very diverse and international work environment • Private medical and dental care, life insurance, employee pension plan • Sodexo Lunch card, Cafeteria program including Multisport card • Hybrid working model • Wide range of trainings and further education and professional qualification support possibility (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Budget and forecasts preparation for Wellness & Healthcare Categories by collecting business assumptions and ensuring their proper translation in financial information during budget cycles in line with segment targets • Cost control, analysis and reporting for Wellness & Healthcare Categories: analysis of actuals versus budget and review of variance drivers with budget owners • Act as a reliable Finance Business Partner, building and presenting meaningful data for decision-making support to Categories Senior Management • Build and enhance partnership with counterparts providing analysis, scenarios and guidance, supporting different financial and business needs • Provide ad-hoc analysis and monitor insights on specific issues • Lead and participate in identification areas for improvements, simplification, and standardization, being able to implement and influence new ways of working #LI-Hybrid
