We are now recruiting for a Head of Regional Fulfilment in our growing Fulfilment Operations team in Krakow! Your ‘day to day’ – Your main goal in this role to ensure that fulfilment operations are executed with excellence and efficiency, to achieve PMI’s inventory, quality, and logistics targets. In service of that goal, the Head of Fulfilment focuses on optimizing processes, cost improvement, speed, and accuracy to deliver customer satisfaction by leading the fulfilment processes from the production plants to First Arrival Warehouses (FAW; between supplier/EMS/PMI factory/TPM/market, capturing all international movements of goods). Your responsibilities will include – • Develop & deploy fulfilment strategies to optimize costs (transportation, warehousing, etc) while maintaining optimal inventory replenishment to meet customer demand and service level expectations (both B2B & B2C). • Ensure processes for timely and accurate transactions for effective operations (master data availability, documentation for import/export, submission/application to third parties, etc.) are in place. • Identify, monitor, detect and mitigate risk to supply continuity. • Ensure clear communication channels and maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders (Regional Customer Service Directors / Heads, Ops SC teams and Regional Market Planning Heads in SC Sync Hub) by understanding their needs and requirements, continuously proposing solutions to meet their business objectives (service, cost and cash) and through preparation and facilitation of S&OP process. • Ensure external relationships and working model with vendors, suppliers, 4PLs, BSPs, LCT’s and other stakeholders are set and executed, ensuring that the BSP provides the required level of capabilities and service to operate the process through performance management. • Innovate and be agile in driving Fulfilment process excellence, digitalization, automation, and scalability, leveraging new solutions and implementing quality control measures. • Own the budget for Cost to Serve to market first arrival warehouses of respective region and drive the optimization across all categories and channels for respective region / cluster of markets. • Align with Supply Chain Ops strategy, building end-to-end cost visibility, ensuring outcomes of network optimization studies are implemented, and constantly seek opportunities to for optimisation. • Manage accurate budget inputs (OB/RF) for the category and lead on budget utilization according to targets. • Build a sustainable high performing organization to ensure that the global fulfilment objectives are continuously met and exceeded, setting clear objectives, regularly reviewing achievements, and providing development opportunities alongside timely & proper coaching and capability building opportunities. • Ensure that all accountabilities & the activities above are carried out in full compliance with the related PMI Principles & Practices, standards and laws & regulations. Who we’re looking for - • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields • 7+ years of various experience within Supply Chain, ideally within FMCG, CPG, Consumer Goods • Demonstrable leadership and team management experience • Proven experience in managing 3rd party vendors/suppliers on an international scale. • Desirable functional skills include: Inventory Management, International Logistics (transport/warehousing); Solid B2B and B2C understanding; S&OP; Order Management; Capacity/ Demand/ Supply/ Production/ ERP/ Material Requirements Planning, MRP. Solid knowledge and understanding on Finance related topics. • Desirable systems and tools experience: E2E Supply Chain Solutions (e.g. E2Open), SAP, SAP APO, or other relevant planning solutions and optimisers. • Excellent Senior Stakeholder Management, influencing and communication skills. • Proven business acumen and commercially orientated mindset • Fluent in English What we offer - Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
