About the BRIDGE program You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa. THE OPPORTUNITY You will be part of the Consumer Experience Team in Philip Morris Spain. We are looking for someone that help us excel in the Consumer Experience our IQOS users have in Spain. You will be part of the Bond & Advocacy pillar, supporting the IQOS Club program by detecting improvement opportunities, ensuring flawless execution of the operative and having a direct impact on IQOS Club users. You will make and see your actions materialize and become reality for all IQOS users in Spain, and you will help us foster the loyalty of our users to grow the category within the market and reduce the abandonment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Arrange, organice and upload all content and experinces in IQOS Club platform to make them available for the users with the best consumer experience and UX. - Manage incidences with IQOS Club users and the solution of them through the different stakeholders in contact with the infrastructure or the consumer. - Ensure that all operational activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, marketing code, EA guidelines and PMI procedures. - Support the loyalty and advocacy manager in the deployment of the strategy for IQOS Club and Referral program. - Strategy Development: Support the development and implementation of the strategies on consumer experience programs. - Data Analysis: Using data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IQOS Club and its operative performance. Leverage on this information to propose improvements and ensure best in class execution of all the initiatives. - Ensure that all operational activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, marketing code, EA guidelines and PMI procedures. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various departments such as brand marketing, commercial ops, portfolio, IT and customare care to ensure a cohesive, integrated and positive consumer experience in the loyalty program. Also, work with our local agencies to coordinate them and achieve the desired results. REQUIREMENTS You have: • A recent degree in marketing, business management, or similar • Working fluency in English (B2 level and above) • Analytical mindset and skills with Microsoft Excel • Desired knowledge in JIRA or FIGMA You also have: • Time management and Control skills: Excellent time management skills, you are well organized and capable of meeting deadlines and adapt quickly. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and find creative solutions to improve the consumer experience. • Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on continually improving the consumer experience based on feedback and data analysis. • Empathy: The ability to understand and empathize with customers' concerns and needs, providing a personalized experience.
